REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- Due to complexities in dealing with weavers who may not have ready access to the internet and email all purchases will be considered FINAL and thus no refunds will be entertained.
- In the case of goods "returned for exchange (RFE)”, buyer must email HABI details of the RFE transaction. Any difference in price and delivery costs to / from the seller will be for the account of the buyer. When applicable, a Credit Memo for use on the HABI online store will be issued. Buyers must allocate 30 days for the processing of an RFE.
