Welcome to Likhang Habi Online 2020, the response of HABI, the Philippine Textile Council to this “new normal”.  HABI has always been on the forefront of bringing handwoven textiles from all over the Philippines to market.  We strive to create a venue where the designer, the weaver and the end customer can meet to create and appreciate beautiful, lasting products, using our local handwoven Philippine Textiles. 

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping is easy! Look at all the offerings of our featured vendors!  These represent the weaving communities of the Philippines as well as creations of various local artisans.  All items are locally produced, and the majority make use of Philippine textiles.  

Remember that the Likhang Habi 2020 Online Fair will only be available from Oct 21 to 27, 2020

 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

It is not required but we like making shopping easy for you, so by setting up an account we will keep your information on file. By doing so, it will make shopping quicker for you!  We will only be requiring only the information necessary for shipping and corresponding purposes. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by 2C2P. We accept the following payment options:

 

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD with Visa or Mastercard  

 

E-WALLET using GCash or Grab Pay

 

DOES LIKHANG HABI ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We welcome orders from our international clients.  After placing your order, we will email you of the international shipping costs. You may also wish to email likhanghabifaironline@gmail.com regarding shipping costs. 

 

DOES LIKHANG HABI ACCEPT REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to complexities in dealing with weavers who may not have ready access to the internet and email all purchases will be considered FINAL and thus no cancellations will be entertained.


In the case of goods "returned for exchange (RFE)”, buyers must email HABI details of the RFE transaction.  Any difference in price and delivery costs to / from the seller will be for the account of the buyer.  When applicable, a Credit Memo for use on the HABI online store will be issued.  Buyers must allocate 30 days for the processing of an RFE. 


While RFEs will be entertained, items must be in the same condition as when delivered.  Since most of the products feature local Philippine textiles, items that may have been washed or used will not qualify as an RFE.

WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENT SHIPPING COSTS IN MY ORDER? 

We do not warehouse any of the items except for the ones that belong to the HABI Booth. For this reason, there are different shipping costs depending on how many vendors customers will buy from. Our shipping rates are valued based on locations of our HABI supported vendors. The rates are calculated based on province location towards your shipping address.
